Inline with increased burglar resistance

Discover the latest innovation for the Inline post with increased burglar resistance.

The new solution replaces the conventional plastic insulating bar with a high-quality CNS moulded part and thus offers significantly improved protection against break-ins, as our internal tests have shown.

Area of application:

For systems in which RC 2 components are installed but Inline (not RC 2 tested) is still required, the variant with "increased burglar resistance" (= higher than the standard, but not RC 2 certified; see the Webshop note) is available.

Main features:

• Visually identical: The sleek, aesthetic appearance of Inline remains unchanged.
• Increased burglar resistance: Choose between "Increased burglary resistance (LSG with P4A-foil)" and "Increased burglary resistance (TSG or LSG without P4A)" in the Webshop.
• Passed internal tests: Posts provide substantial protection but are not officially certified.
• Chrome steel centre flange: Only insignificantly worse U-value than before.
• Installation: Easier and quicker than with the previous plastic insulating bar.
• Symbol on drawings: Burglar in brackets (= not RC 2 tested).
• Compatibility: The new CNS moulded part is not compatible with the previous plastic insulating bar cut-outs.
• The post can be positioned inwards and outwards.
• Available for Sky-Frame 2 + 3 + 3(2).

Assembly principle:

The CNS moulded parts are individually hooked into the slots located in the post from bottom to top. The tabs provided for the top two moulded parts are bent from inside to prevent subsequent manipulation from the outside and thus enable increased burglar resistance.

Note in the Webshop:

The Inline posts have not been tested for burglar resistance, so no statement can be made about a specific level of protection. The system can be designed with additional burglar resistance measures, but without testing it is not possible to make any statement about the influence of the Inline posts on the burglar resistance of the entire system.
