Thanks to your valuable feedback and experience, we have been able to optimize and further simplify important processes and views in project and task management.

Optimized project view

All information from "Construction object" and "Project" is now managed at project level.

The "object" no longer appears as a separate element, but is integrated as the "location" of the project.
It will soon be possible to assign external contacts (e.g. clients) directly to a project.
All projects at the same location are clearly displayed within the project.

Optimized project entry

We have optimized project entry and tripled it again. The "construction object" now only exists in the background as a "location" and is automatically created from the "address".

Optimized processing of leads and tasks

The views for tasks and contacts have been revised so that all relevant information can be accessed more quickly and with fewer clicks. The entire workflow for lead assignment and tasks has also been significantly improved in recent weeks - we have now achieved a very high standard of quality.

Training and introduction

We recommend that all employees attend the introductory training course (self-study) from our Academy. Here we explain the functions and operation of the platform in detail and focus on the new process.
