Training and Introduction

We recommend all employees to attend the (online) introductory training from our Academy, where we provide detailed explanations of the platform's functions and operations. You can always find this linked in the menu under "HOW TO?"

Roadmap and Future Development:

The platform, along with the webshop, is continuously optimized and developed further. We eagerly await your feedback via asm@sky-frame.ch.

Which projects have been migrated?

All projects will be transferred to the new portal to ensure a flawless state in the future. 

• On 1 June 2024, all ongoing projects were taken over.
• On 8 and 9 June, the completed and lost projects are transferred.

Which data was migrated?

• A pair consisting of building object and project was created for each project on the old list.
• Migrated projects were given the "existing" number, while new projects were given a PWS2... number.
• Useful fields from the old list have been transferred and integrated into the new structure. In the notes for the project and the construction object, all available values have been transferred 1:1 in text form, meaning that access to the old lists is no longer required.
  
• A task was created from the "Follow-up" field.
• Architects and clients were deliberately not included as companies. The database for this was simply not good enough. Accordingly, these must be subsequently recorded in ongoing projects and linked to projects. (Only mandatory for won projects)
• The location of the building objects was deliberately not set, as the address base was insufficient. These must be subsequently entered in current construction objects. The migrated projects were all set to the home address of the sales partner.
