PAS stands for ‘Product Assement Specification’ and is an English quality standard used throughout the window and door industry to provide a comparable standard for the security of a window or door.
PAS 24 was developed to test and assess the enhanced security requirements of door and window types designed to withstand the levels and methods of attack in Great Britain and is generally associated with opportunist thieves. It guarantees that an independent and certified company has monitored the manufacture of the product. This ensures that products from all manufacturers conform to an agreed industry standard.

Sky-Frame 2 has recently successfully passed the PAS 24 re-certification. At the same time, Sky-Frame 3 was also certified and the range of options and permissible sizes was extended. More detailed information can be found in the Technical Documentation.
