TSG-H Edge stamp

TSG-H is required for external applications and other safety-related versions. Spontaneous breaks are almost
completely prevented by the so-called "Heat-Soak-Test". Glasses that have passed a Heat-Soak-Test are marked with a "stamp".

Previously, there were two options for marking TSG-H glass; a new option is the "Edge stamp":

ESG-H Stempel, Bilder (EN)

Description:

  • Surface stamp:
This marking is permanently visible in one corner. If there are several pieces of toughened glass, the corresponding number of stamps will be visible, although their exact positioning in relation to each other cannot be guaranteed.

  • Edge surface stamp:
This marking is located on the glass surface at the edge of the glass.

  • Edge stamp: (NEW)
This marking is affixed to the side of each pre-tensioned glass edge.

The "edge stamp" can now also be selected in the glass selection in the Webshop:

We recommend mentioning the TSG-H stamp type during the initial consultation.

The page "TSG-H stamps, Variants" in the Compendium has been supplemented with the "edge stamp" on this topic.
