Dear partners
After 23 years as CEO and over 30 years as an entrepreneur, the time has come for me to open up a new chapter and hand over operational responsibility for Sky-Frame – together with Karin Guhl, who has shaped this journey alongside me for many years.
As of 1 July 2025, Angelo Razzino will take over as CEO of Sky-Frame. This decision is the result of years of careful succession planning.
I am truly delighted that we were able to appoint my successor internally. Angelo has been a valuable member of Sky-Frame for over nine years, including four years as Chief Sales Officer. He knows our company, our culture, our customers, our markets – and above all, he knows you. His clear commitment to the distribution partner model and its consistent customer centricity will be even more prominently emphasised in the future direction of Sky-Frame.
Together with Reto Honegger (Chief Financial Officer), Andrea Zürcher (Chief Marketing Officer) and Maurin Müller (Chief Operating Officer), Angelo will become part of a strong Executive Board that will continue to lead Sky-Frame with competence, consistency and dedication. All members of the Executive Board will gradually acquire shareholdings in the company within the scope of a stock-option plan – as a strong sign of their personal commitment to and trust in Sky-Frame.
There is also a change to the Board of Directors: I am handing over my position as Chairman to long-standing Vice-Chairman Beat Spalinger, who knows Sky-Frame extremely well and possesses extensive international leadership experience. He will proficiently support the new Executive Board.
I remain closely connected to Sky-Frame as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and majority shareholder. I will also temporarily assume the role of Head of System Engineering until the end of November 2025 and will subsequently be available in an advisory capacity.
