Book events online

We are pleased to announce that from now on, all events can be booked online via the partner portal under the "Events" section. This new system simplifies the entire event organization process and ensures greater efficiency and transparency on both sides. All event documents, such as agreement forms, event concepts, event standards, etc., are now available on the event page in the partner portal under the respective event categories and can no longer be found on Frontify.

Instructions for requesting an event via the partner portal

To explain the booking process, we have created a short video tutorial. In this video, we demonstrate how to submit online appointment requests for event bookings. After each event request, a request confirmation is sent. In the next step, the requested date is reviewed by the respective Area Sales Manager and the Marketing. Subsequently, an appointment confirmation is sent. If the requested date is not available, the partner will be asked to select a new date. On the "Events" homepage, every partner can access an overview of the status of all submitted event requests and bookings. The remaining event process remains unchanged.

Important when requesting architect tours: only one tour can be booked per week (exceptions with multiple bookings per week are possible depending on availability and prior agreement). While the requested date is being reviewed, it cannot be booked by any other partner.

Registration for participants

For architect tours, the partner will receive a registration link for participants via Eventbrite in advance. The partner has the option to either register the participants themselves or forward the registration link to the guests, this decision is up to the sales partner. Important: A registration on Eventbrite must first be completed before participants can be registered. Downloading tickets is not required.

For all other events, we kindly ask that the completed participant list be submitted to Sky-Frame immediately after the event, thank you very much.
